For what date should I schedule the message / time capsule delivery?

We recommend setting the date in the future when you would like the recipient to have access to it.

Sometimes it is tricky to know the exact date, so you might want to consider using Toldy Key with an option to override time conditions or an optional time override password that you might give to a trusted third party who should verify the event for you and then hand it over to a recipient.
Would the shipping cost be included in the price of Toldy Box and Toldy Key?

Standard shipping to your address will be covered by Toldy, however shipping to your recipient, if required, is not covered by Toldy.
What is the maximum capacity of The Toldy Time Capsule?

Toldy offers unlimited messaging with few limitations. Single message size is limited to 4GB and maximum of 12 attachments. You can attach 1 Toldy Box and/or 1 Toldy Key per message. Total maximum size of your time capsule, including all the messages and attachments is 100 GB.
I have received a gift in a Toldy Box. How do I unlock the message?

You should receive an email from the Toldy Team (noreply@toldy.io) or an SMS text message. If you can't find the email, please check the spam folder.

Please download the Toldy App and use that email or phone number to register with Toldy.

Once registered, use the QR or NFC to access the message. The scan button is located at the top right of your home screen and looks like this: [-]
